NBC LA: News, Weather, Live TV App Reviews

Annoying and I havent even successfully downloaded the new app yet! Leave weather separate from breaking news! The old app was the best! Will now go to the abc app. Dont waste your time with this app if you want good weather news!

I wished I would have read the reviews before downloading. It just spins and wont download and I cant even delete it.

I cant add anything new that others here have not said about the iPad version. You cant get the app view to change to landscape.

Like the original Weather App this one is terrible

With the old stand alone weather app, access to everything was on the main page. With this app, its unending scrolling to no where. Terrible. Ill be looking elsewhere for my weather.

There are some things I think could be better, but I do love the alerts, link to live TV and availability of information.

For what ever reasons they redesigned the app, it look terrible, and the landscaping mode was gone for iPad!! WHY??? If the new design is not better, then why do it??????

This app is so horrible that it makes me want to start watching the other news channels because at least their apps are better. Seriously. This seems to get worse not better. Just tried to use the app and it freezes and crashes. It prompts me to download the weather app EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAVE IT INSTALLED! NBC LA should get new developers or project managers before they loose their viewers.

This app worked fine before the forced update, which instead of improvements and bug fixes, theyve introduced a cumbersome site that only operates in portrait, you have to keep using the back arrow to return to original news category rather than just selecting another sub category Not sure what/if theyre thinking :/

I was able to watch the news live but now I cant? How is that possible?

Most people I know have given up using this app. This latest version is only slightly better than the previous one in that it now allows viewing in landscape mode. This version and the prior one both are vastly inferior to earlier versions. They still crash. They hang. They are cumbersome. I am puzzled why KNBC trashed the perfectly good NBCLA app they used to have and wrote two that are much worse. Shouldnt there be improvements instead?
